Accepting a proposal
Only an authorised signatory for your organisation can accept a proposal in the portal. Accepting means you agree to the version of the proposal you were shown (the portal names its version number), as it was shown, at the prices it shows. All prices exclude GST.
[TBC]
What we record when you accept
Your name as we hold it and the full name and job title you type to sign, your email address, IP address, the network address details your connection passed through, browser details, the time you signed in to confirm and the time you accepted, and which version of the proposal, of the Services Agreement and of the portal terms you accepted. We keep this as the record of the agreement, and once we have countersigned, a PDF copy of the signed agreement with these details, so both stay when other information about you is deleted. We keep both for [TBC: retention period]. Our privacy policy says more.
